Welcome to Sweat It Festival
Sweat It Festival is Scotland’s only boutique health and wellbeing event. It was created in 2018 to celebrate Health and Wellbeing, and to also support local business and entrepreneurs in this sector. We wanted to bring Glasgow’s best and most inspiring trainers, gyms and studios together to provide a real inclusive, fun, healthy event.
Sweat It Festival – 2020 Dates Postponed!
We have been monitoring the current situation with the coronavirus and due to the Scottish Government advising all mass gatherings to be cancelled, we have decided in our participant’s best interest especially due to the nature of our event ‘hot and sweaty’ to reschedule this year’s event until the latter half of the year. We are working with the venue and key suppliers on securing the new date.
We will be in touch with the new date in the next few weeks or so, which hopefully you can make. All tickets will be transfered over to the new date.
We do have a ‘no refund policy’ in place, but after the new date is released. We will take any questions via our email – firstname.lastname@example.org

Want to book a stand at Sweat It 2020, follow the link above to tell you about prices and sizes. We are looking for clothes, equipment, drinks, food, brands etc.
If you want to showcase yourself or your business, come and take a class/session. We are looking or people to provide, cooking demos, workshops on nutrition and wellbeing, yoga sessions, blast sessions or take a larger area and programme all day.

Flash Backs of our 2019 Festival
We are excited to announce that we have launched three smaller fringe events after feedback from you, said “Do we need to wait a year…” The three fringe events will go along side the bigger festival. Yoga Fest, HIIT Fest and Nutri Fest. The first one is Yoga Fest, which is on 8th September 2019, at Sloans Bar and Grill Ballroom.
With the amazing results from our attendee survey from this year we know what we need to do and what we nailed! 98% said value for money, 97% said great content. The average time spent doing exercise was 4 hours…..
We have decided to expand our portfolio and give you even more! We have three smaller fringe events…..check them out!

Our first Yoga Fest happened on the 9th September 2019 in the amazing beautiful Sloans Ballroom. We have a day packed with Yoga, Workshops and Talks.
