Tony Basra

Tony explains ‘After spending over a decade working for different fashion and lifestyle brands in Glasgow, Liverpool and London I decided to use my passion for fitness and nutrition to start my own company – the imaginatively titled Tony Basra Fitness. Building a business around the two things I love has been great, and there’s a certain type of satisfaction one gets from helping people achieve their fitness or body goals. It’s especially sweet given I was in the same position at an earlier age; I transformed my own body back then and it all started in the kitchen with nutrition and education, something I instil in my clients.

As a personal trainer, I help a group of different clients who have their own distinct goals. These range from weight loss or gain, body fat reduction, improving strength or just having a healthier wellbeing. The important thing for me is to not only help my guys achieve their goals, but also make them think about how maintaining better eating and lifestyle habits ultimately leads to a happier, contented self. I’m no ball buster – just a happy guy imparting my unique fitness philosophy. That’s why I came up with the tag line: Get Fit, Eat Well, Be Happy.”

Tony will be cooking up broccoli rice and chicken tortilla wrap.
