British Military Fitness
Our first collaboration for the Yard is British Military Fitness. Come rain or shine they will get you moving. They are running a number of sessions across the day including, bootcamp, strength and conditioning and HIIT.
More details on how to book and the detailed schedule will be posted on the website early February. The Yard will be a hive of activity with a climbing wall to test your strength and agility and loads of other fab, sweat dripping activities!
